A donor advised fund, which is like a charitable savings account, gives you the flexibility to recommend how much and how often money is granted to the charities you care most about. You can recommend a grant or recurring grants now to make an immediate impact or use your fund as a tool for future charitable gifts.
Support the Library

Here are some helpful tips:

If you intend to make a multi-year commitment through your family foundation fund or donor advised fund, please use our DAF commitment form to share that information with us.

To make a grant, call your fund manager or financial institution and recommend supporting Kitsap Regional Library Foundation, along with the grant amount. Your fund manager will send a check directly to Kitsap Regional Library Foundation from your fund.

If your fund is managed by Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, or BNY Mellon, you can use the DAF Direct Tool on this page to recommend a grant online.

When requesting the grant, please ask that they include your name and address; otherwise, the grant will arrive at Kitsap Regional Library Foundation with only the fund’s name on it.
